Jason and his team did an amazing job with our difficult project. My Mother's house has never had heating and cooling and also has no crawl space or attic. Jason suggested split units in each bedroom and a few larger units for the main living space. He also upgraded our pool pump and water heater to make them more energy efficient! We also got solar to help off set the cost of the new HVAC unit and the fact that my Mom has never paid a "normal" PG &E bill and would probably freak out when she saw a bill for more than $100. Jason discussed all the options and walked us through the project. We just got our first "bill" and she used half as much power as she used this time last year, mainly due to the upgraded pool pump and that she only has to heat the rooms she is using daily! CAES is also the ONLY company contracted with PG&E in Chico so they help you get all the rebates from them! Couldn't be happier and I look forward to doing other projects with Jason and his team in the future

After hearing about Climate and Energy Solutions free home energy audit working with PG&E as a certified contractor, I was told that I qualified for the PG&E rebate program. They were able to replace my 27-year-old heating and air-conditioning unit with an efficient Fujitsu mini split system. Included with the rebate package was replacement the old aluminum dual pain windows with modern Milgard retrofit. Not only do the windows look great, but function much better than the original ones. With the new attic ducting and blow-in insulation it is unbelievable how it improved our home's energy efficiency. Finally, replacing my 10-year-old single-stage pool pump with a new modern programmable dual stage pool pump. So, I recommend that if your nearing the end of the useful life of your heating and air-conditioning unit, get a whole home energy audit. I was very satisfied with timely completion and quality of the work. And amazed on the amount of the PG&E rebate and energy savings!

Climate & Energy Solutions did a wonderful job on our home energy project. All the employees were pleasant to be around and answered all our questions. Everything was completed on a timely basis with good communication. From the beginning when Jason gave us the proposal, to the end when we had solar added, a new heating and air conditioning unit, new ducts, added insulation, and a tankless water heater added, it was a very pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with Dereck and Rand, who took the extra time I needed to answer my questions and explain all the small details. I highly recommend this company for all your home energy needs.
